Bean spread with paprika

Bean spread with paprika that melts in the mouth. Mild or hot with spices. Served with wholemeal spelt bread and vegetables or salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 - 3 small tomatoes
  • 0,5 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash, cut and deseed the bell pepper and cut into small pieces again.
  2. Wash and divide the tomatoes.
  3. Blend both briefly with a hand blender. Strain too much liquid through a sieve.
  4. Sieve and rinse the beans. Puree everything again together with the pureed peppers and tomatoes. Then season to taste with the spices.
