Ingredients
  

  • 300 g whole spelt flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa nibs
  • 150 g millet flakes
  • 120 g date flour
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 500 ml soy drink

Instructions
 

  • Stir all ingredients together briskly.
  • Using a tablespoon, pour into silicone muffin cups.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
  • Then let cool slightly and only then remove from the ramekins.
