This extremely tasty prepared tofu you just have to try. It goes wonderfully on a bun with salad and sauce, but also with a hearty dish of tofu with vegetables.

The best thing about tofu is this incomparably good crust. Baked in the oven. Ideal on buns or as a side dish with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 1 – 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 – 2 tsp mustard
- some chili powder
- some garlic powder
- some onion powder
- 1 – 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp yeast flakes
- some herbs of Provence
- some water for dilution
Instructions
- Cut the tofu block once.
- Cut diamonds on each piece, but do not cut through.
- Stir together mixture for marinating.
- Brush each piece of tofu with it. Also in the gaps. Make sure that this does not fall auseinaner.
- Tofu can be used right away, but it is better to let it soak for about 1 hour.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 – 200 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 30 – 40 minutes.
Tip
Cut individual slices from the tofu and coat them with the spicy sauce.
