<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vegane Zwetschgennudeln</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zwetschennudeln sind eine traditionelle süddeutsche Spezialität, insbesondere in Bayern und Österreich. Sie sind eine Art süßes Gericht und haben nichts mit herkömmlichen Nudeln zu tun.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zwetschennudeln bestehen aus einem Hefeteig, der um eine entsteinte Zwetschge (Pflaume) geformt wird. Dazu kann man als saftige Grundlage von den übrigen Zwetschgen eine süße, nach Zimt schmeckende Zwetschgensoße kochen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Man kann auch Sojaquark oder Sojadrink verwenden. Der Teig ist sehr weich, deshalb Hände gut mehlen. Das Formen der Teiglinge mit den Zwetschgen sind nasse Hände besser geeignet. Einfach ausprobieren.</p>
