<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bohnengemüse</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein Gemüse aus Bohnen wurde schon immer gerne gegessen. Traditionell mit Zwiebeln, einem Hauch Bohnenkraut und mit etwas Mehl gebunden, ist es saftig und passt zu Kartoffeln und Süßkartoffeln. Wer großen Hunger hat, der legt noch 2 &#8211; 3 <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/gruenkernburger-einfach-optimal/">Burger</a> dazu. Somit ist die ganze Mahlzeit rundherum perfekt.</p>
