<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Kartoffeln gleich schälen und in einem großen Topf mit Wasser garen. Die Kartoffeln sollten mit Wasser bedeckt sein. Nach dem Durchpressen kann gleich das heiße Kartoffelwasser für das Püree verwendet werden. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Im Wasser gebräunte Zwiebeln über das Kartoffelpüree geben. Dies hat einen besonderen herzhaften Geschmack.</p>
