<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Diese Lebkuchen sind einfach nur top. Maronen und weihnachtliche Düfte durchziehen die Küche bereits beim Backen. Da heißt es danach nur genießen und sich wohl fühlen. Dazu eine Tasse heißen Tee und die Weihnachtszeit kann beginnen. Und als i-Tüpfelchen passen auch meine selbst gemachten <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/vanillekipferl-suesse-versuchung/">Vanillekipferl</a> hervorragend dazu.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es gibt so viele Brotvariationen. Ein Kastanienbrot ist immer etwas besonderes, da es Süße, aber auch etwas Herzhaftes hervorhebt. Ganz egal ob pur genossen als Snack zwischendurch, oder auch zu einem herzhaften Gericht, wie zum Beispiel eine leckere Kürbissuppe. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Auch ohne Pflaumen schmeckt ein süßes Kastanienbrot ganz hervorragend. Anstelle von den Pflaumen kann man zum Beispiel auch Rosinen nehmen oder ganz anderes getrocknetes Obst. Den Teig kann man auch zu kleineren Kastanienbrötchen formen, so hat man immer etwas für die Arbeit dabei.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bei Verwendung von frischer Hefe geht der Teig schneller auf. Man nimmt 11 g frische Hefe und rührt diese erst mit 3 EL lauwarmem Sojadrink in einer Tasse an und gibt es dann zu dem Mehl. Den Hefeteig am besten mit beiden Händen leicht zu Strängen formen. Die Stränge sollten nicht zu dünn ausgerollt werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer mag gibt noch ein paar Rosinen in den Teig. Man kann auch anstelle von Dattelmehl Datteln verwenden. Dafür einfach 12 Deglet Nour Datteln mit 150 ml Wasser im Mixer pürieren.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Damit man eine Stollenform bekommt, rollt man die eine Hälfte des Teiges ein bisschen dünner aus, schlägt das dickere Ende des Teiges halb auf die dünnere Seite und formt diesen dann ein bisschen länglich.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vegane Kartoffellebkuchen</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Lebkuchen, die man schnell und ohne viele Zutaten backen kann. Nüsse werden durch Maronen ersetzt, was einen besonderen Geschmack verleiht. Auf Mehl wird verzichtet, damit sie schön saftig bleiben. Als Variante können auch Mini Lebkuchen gebacken werden. Gerne könnt ihr auch einmal mein Rezept vegane Lebkuchen mit Aquafaba ausprobieren.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Lebkuchengewürz könnt ihr ganz einfach selber machen, indem ihr 2 TL Zimt, 0,5 TL Nelken gemahlen, 0,5 TL Kardamom gemahlen sowie etwas gemahlene Muskatnuss zusammen verrührt. Das Gewürz kann man individuell im Geschmack verändern.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipps</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer keine Pizzafunktion im Backofen hat, dann bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen. Jedoch darauf achten, dass die Pizza nicht zu heiß gebacken wird, da sonst der Kürbisbelag leicht Farbe annimmt. Also immer ein bisschen die Pizza im Auge behalten. Lieber die Temperatur des Backofens herunterschalten oder abdecken.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Spagettikürbis kann man auch vorher teilen, dann die Schnittflächen innen leicht salzen und mit den Schnittflächen auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Dann im Backofen bei 180 &#8211; 200 Grad ca. 45 Minuten backen. Dies richtet sich aber immer nach der Größe des Kürbis. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Oder man kocht den ganzen Kürbis im Wassertopf für ca. 30 Minuten. Die Schale vorher ein paar Mal einstechen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich habe diesmal den Kürbis für meine süße Herbst-Pizza wie oben beschrieben im Wasserbad im Backofen gegart. Die Schale des Kürbis ist sehr hart und man kann ihn schlecht teilen. Da empfiehlt es sich, ein geeignetes Kürbismesser zu benutzen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn man die Schale gut einstechen kann, dann ist der Kürbis fertig.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Warum nehme ich eine Pizzafunktion des Backofens? Die Pizzafunktion bedeutet, dass hier die Unterhitze ein bisschen stärker eingestellt ist als die Oberhitze. Die süße Herbst-Pizza gelingt dadurch besser.</p>
