<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Egal ob man sowieso gut gelaunt ist oder einen schlechten Tag hatte. Ein Bissen dieser Köstlichkeit und man schwebt auf Wolke 7. Es ist vielleicht ein Geheimtipp diesen Kuchen an schwierigen Tagen mit in die Schule, Uni oder Arbeit mitzunehmen. Damit fühlt sich gleich alles besser und leichter an.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das fertige Gelee leicht erwärmen, damit es sich besser streichen lässt. Mein fruchtiger Geleekuchen wird dadurch geschmacksintensiver.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Der Kuchen schmeckt auch mit Erdbeerpulver sehr fein. Probiert auch diese Variante aus.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Zum Unterschied zur Marmelade wird Gelee aus Fruchtsaft hergestellt. Anstelle von Johannisbeerpulver kann man auch den Saft von den roten Johannisbeeren nehmen und diesen mit Agar Agar verdicken.</p>
