<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dampf sorgt für einen bessere Ofenantrieb beim Backen und eine feinere Kruste durch die Feuchtigkeit im Backofen. Der Teig sollte vor dem Backen sichtbar aufgegangen sein, aber nicht unbedingt doppelt so groß.</p>
