<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Tomatenbrot ist ein traumhafter Genuss, aber achtet beim Kaufen der halbgetrockneten oder getrockneten Tomaten darauf, dass diese nicht zu viel Salz enthalten. Die meisten haben davon nämlich leider zu viel. Wenn ihr da die richtigen gefunden habt, wird es wie immer eine super gesunde Mahlzeit werden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ihr könnt natürlich auch getrocknete Tomaten verwenden. Jedoch haben diese in der Regel mehr Salz als halbgetrocknete.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Getrocknete Tomaten werden so lange getrocknet, bis sie fast vollständig entwässert sind. Dadurch ist der Geschmack süßlicher und konzentrierter. Die Beschaffenheit ist fester. Bei den halbgetrockneten Tomaten ist der Geschmack ebenfalls sehr intensiv, jedoch sind diese in der Textur weicher.</p>
