<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein gelber Linsenaufstrich ist ein Brotaufstrich, der aus gelben Linsen hergestellt wird. Gelbe Linsen sind eine häufig verwendete Sorte von Hülsenfrüchten, die sich gut für cremige Aufstriche eignen. Sie haben eine kurze Garzeit und sind deshalb schnell zubereitet.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gelber Linsenaufstrich</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meistens werden <a href="https://wholefoodspace.com/de/rote-linsen-aufstrich-einfach-geniessen/">rote Linsen Aufstriche</a> gemacht, da diese eine noch kürzere Garzeit benötigen als gelbe Linsen. Zur Abwechslung bereite ich einmal meinen Aufstrich aus gelben Linsen zu, der mit einem leichten Geschmack aus Süßkartoffeln und Senf punktet.</p>
