<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sehr reife Bananen sind entscheidend für die natürliche Süße. Nicht zu lange rühren, sonst werden die Cupcakes kompakt. Carob ist der ideale Kakaoersatz, nur fettarmer. Jedoch kann man anstelle Carob auch Kakao nehmen.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tipp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn der Kuchen fertig gebacken ist, mit dem Backpapier aus der Form nehmen, auf ein anderes Backpapier stürzen und das Backpapier abziehen und wieder oben darauf legen. Danach wieder stürzen und nochmal in die Form geben. Dadurch lässt sich später der Kuchen besser in kleine Stücke schneiden, da er unten nicht mehr anklebt.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Brownies sind ein klassisches Gebäck, welches aus Amerika zu uns herüber gekommen ist. Mittlerweile werden sie sehr gerne in Deutschland gegessen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ich verwende für die Kakaoglasur gerne ganze getrocknete und entkernte Datteln, da diese einen besseren Glanz ergeben als Dattelmehl. Das Dattelmehl wird aus getrockneten Datteln hergestellt, die fein zu Mehl gerieben wurden.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Backt das Brot mit Oliven oder getrockneten Tomaten im Teig. Formt auch einmal kleinere Brote aus dem Teig. So kann man diese wunderbar immer mitnehmen.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Was macht ein gutes Ciabatta aus? Es sollte außen kross und innen weich und fluffig sein. Das Brot wird mit viel Wasser zubereitet, dadurch bekommt es seine typischen Eigenschaften. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Weizenmehl ist das Dinkelvollkornmehl generell kerniger. Es wird durch die Mischung mit Dinkelmehl Type 1050 jedoch aufgelockerter.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Den Bisquitboden einfrieren und bei Bedarf auftauen. Er kann mit frischem Obst belegt werden. Darauf einen Tortenguss geben und so hat man schnell einen herrlich schmeckenden Obstkuchen. Der Guss kann ganz leicht mit Agar Agar zubereitet werden.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Für einen größeren oder höheren Kuchen einfach die doppelte Menge des Grundrezeptes verwenden.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wissenswertes</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dinkelmehl Type 1050 enthält noch viel von dem ganzen Korn, ist jedoch feiner ausgemahlen. Deshalb eignet es sich besser zu einem Bisquitteig als Dinkelvollkornmehl.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Manchmal braucht man nur einen leicht süßen, dezenten Geschmack. Da liefert dieses Hefegebäck voll und ganz ab. Er punktet einfach mit dem herausragenden Geschmack vom Anis und  ist eine Variante des traditionellen Hefezopfes, bei dem Anis als Gewürz verwendet wird.</p>
