Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 – 3 tsp rosemary fresh
- 0,5 tsp thyme
- water for cooking
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Cook in an ovenproof dish with the herbs and water for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat.
- The bottom of the ovenproof dish should be slightly filled with water so that the potatoes still peek out.
Tip
Potatoes with skin are even more nutritious. However, you should use young potatoes. You can also use sweet potatoes.
