Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 220-250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain

Instructions
 

  • Bring oatmeal to a boil with water and simmer gently until porridge becomes creamy.
  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  • Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
  • Arrange everything together in a small bowl and enjoy.

Tip

There are many ways to release the seeds from the pomegranate. Everyone should determine for themselves what is the best way for him. Personally, I always cut slices from the pomegranate and then remove the seeds.
