Method
- Peel the sweet potatoes and boil them in water until tender.
- Strain and mash with a fork.
- Knead in the spelt flour until you have a firm, smooth dough.
- Cover and leave to stand for approx. 30–45 minutes.
- Roll out small pieces of dough on a floured surface until flat.
- Line the air fryer basket with a small sheet of baking paper and place the flatbread on top.
- Bake at 120 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Turn the flatbread over once after 5 minutes.
