The powder is also known as lucuma fruit powder and is obtained from the lucuma fruit, which is native to the Andean regions of South America, especially Peru. This fruit is oval to roundish in shape and has a green skin and an orange-yellow, slightly spiny rind. The pulp has a mild, sweet flavor. This makes it a popular natural sweetener alternative in the kitchen, especially for those who want to avoid refined sugar. The powder is made by drying the pulp and then grinding it into a fine powder. The curd strudel is particularly tasty due to its filling and was baked in a vegan way.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Do not stir the batter for too long. Especially with spelt flour, brief mixing is sufficient. Stirring for too long will make the cake dense instead of light and fluffy.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A refreshing yeast strudel with a cinnamon flavor and an incomparably moist texture. The yeast dough is coated with soy yogurt and soy milk, giving it a slightly tart flavor. Oat flour and cinnamon round off this delicious creation. I love both types, as they are easy to hold and can be enjoyed anytime.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you want raisins in your apple strudel, soak them in warm water for 20-30 minutes beforehand. This will make them softer and easier to digest.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When the cake is finished baking, remove it from the tin with the baking paper, turn it out onto another sheet of baking paper, peel off the baking paper and place it back on top. Then turn out again and put back into the tin. This makes it easier to cut the cake into small pieces later, as it no longer sticks to the bottom.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I like to use whole dried and pitted dates for the cocoa icing as they give a better shine than date flour. Date flour is made from dried dates that have been finely ground into flour.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sweet chestnut bread tastes delicious even without prunes. Instead of prunes, you can also use raisins or other dried fruit, for example. You can also shape the dough into smaller chestnut rolls, so you always have something to take to work.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What makes a good ciabatta? It should be crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The bread is prepared with plenty of water, which gives it its typical characteristics. In contrast to conventional wheat flour, wholemeal spelt flour is generally more crumbly. However, the mixture with spelt flour type 1050 makes it looser.</p>
