<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sweet potatoes are not only delicious, but also extremely nutritious. They are a healthy addition to a balanced diet. And to simply make fries from them are the absolute hit.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Place sweet potatoes in cold water for 10 to 30 minutes after peeling and cutting. This will make them crispier. If you like, you can add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the potato flour.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you have hot air in the oven, you can bake the fries with hot air.</p>
