Kale with vegetables and baked potato

To enjoy! Kale is so tasty, I like to eat it every day. That mild, tangy flavor is just fantastic. Potatoes are always perfect with this. If you ever don’t want to eat regular potatoes, check out my potato products.

Tip

Kale with vegetables and baked potato with skin can also be cooked both in the oven. In addition, you can gladly add beans to the meal.

Kale stew

Always conjure up something delicious to eat. I think that’s totally good. Even more so when it’s a meal rich in vitamins and nutrients. The kale is the absolute favorite for this. Pumpkin and chickpeas round out the whole thing. Potatoes are also part of it, of course, because they are the most filling source after the chickpeas.

Tips

Since the kale has a lot of volume, always put in the cooking pot in portions.

The kale stew can also be cooked in the oven. However, with this large quantity, it is recommended to cook the potatoes extra in a pot on the stove top, otherwise the cooking time will be longer. At the end, put everything together. Alternatively: pre-cook the potatoes first in the oven with a little water and then add the vegetables.

The fresh chickpeas should be soaked in water the night before and cooked in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes the other day. Alternatively, canned chickpeas can be used.

Interesting to know

Kale is the healthiest vegetable there is. It contains many vitamins and minerals. Its antioxidant plant compounds promote a healthy diet.

Kale is a versatile vegetable and tastes better than you think. It is mainly known as home cooking, which is cooked for a long time. However, this does not have to be. My recipe this time is a composition of kale and beet. An absolute taste experience. Cabbage is a distinct winter vegetable. It can be harvested from the field for a long time and tolerates frost very well. Some say it needs a frost over it first, then it is stronger in taste.

Kale pot

A great recipe is this vegetable pot. You can just see how the colors mirror each other. From red to black and green. As the name suggests, a particularly nutrient-rich stew. This time there are potatoes with it, so that the nutrients and the saturation level also come into their own. The meal is simply the ideal meal for everyone. Beet naturally tastes a bit like earth and has a sweet component. But that’s exactly what it does in this vegetable casserole.

Kale can be harvested from autumn to winter. Thus, in the gray and gloomy time you always have a fresh vegetable to eat. The preparation is a bit time-consuming, but it provides valuable vitamins and minerals. Kale from the oven and the incomparably delicious potatoes add up to an all-around delicious treat.

Kale from the oven

Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables known to man. Next to broccoli, it is my best vegetable to prepare in different variations. In this dish, it is baked in the oven. It’s accompanied by a super delicious and creamy béchamel sauce that combines with the potatoes. Enjoy this wonderful meal.

On my homepage there are already several recipes with kale. This time the vegetable is cooked with pumpkin, root vegetables and curry sauce. This makes for a thoroughly delicious meal. Pumpkin and curry go very well together. The kale adds a special flavor.

Kale with buckwheat noodles

Kale is a leafy vegetable that includes other vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. It is characterized by its dark green, curly leaves and is known for being an extremely nutrient-dense vegetable. My creation kale with buckwheat noodles is a very tasty meal that was superbly matched with a curry sauce. Buckwheat noodles are noodles made from buckwheat flour. The noodles have a characteristic darker color compared to other noodles.

In German cuisine, the cabbage dish is a traditional winter vegetable and is often served with potatoes.
