Ingredients
- 600 g whole spelt flour
- 1 sachet dry yeast, 9 g
- 150 g date flour
- 100 g applesauce
- 300 ml almond drink or soydrink
For the topping
- 200-300 g applesauce
- 4 g cinnamon
- 30 g date flour
Instructions
- Mix flour and dry yeast.
- Add date flour and applesauce.
- Mix with almond drink until a homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough rise covered for 1- 2 hour.
- Then roll out with some type 630 flour and place on a tray with baking paper.
- Spread with applesauce.
- Sift cinnamon and date flour over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 20 – 25 minutes.
