Quarktaler with pears

Quick and easy to bake. These are my quark thalers. The pears in it make the pastry juicy and delicious. Ideal when the little hunger comes and you are on the road. They can be frozen well, so you always have something on hand. If you prefer apples, you can of course also use them. Or other fruit fits very well in this baking powder dough.
