Ingredients
  

  • 2 – 3 Pizza roll natural or roll of your choice
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • or Italian herbs
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 – 2 red onions
  • 2 – 3 tbsp yeast flakes
  • additional vegetables of your choice optional
  • or mushroom from the jar optional
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Ready baked pizza rolls or rolls of choice cut once.
  • Spread with tomato sauce. This can be seasoned beforehand with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle the herbs on the tomato sauce.
  • Then, if you like, spread on top the vegetables previously steamed in water.
  • Or sprinkle with yeast flakes only.
  • Finally, add the chopped red onions on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
