Pita
Pita is a flat, round, soft bread or roll that originated in the Middle East. It is often served as a side dish with various dishes or used as a base for sandwiches. They can be served warm or kept wrapped in a tea towel to preserve their softness. Just perfect for dipping, filling with hummus or other treats.

- Add each pita individually and cook on each side until fluffy.
- Alternatively, the pitas can also be placed on a tray lined with baking paper and baked in the oven at 200 degrees for around 10 minutes.
