Ingredients
  

  • 100 g liquid sourdough

Instructions
 

  • Spread sourdough on a tray with baking paper.
  • Allow the sourdough to air dry.
  • Break into small pieces and grind finely in a blender.
  • Seal in a screw-top jar.
