Oatmeal with fruit

Oatmeal with fruit is a delicious and nutritious breakfast, which is a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3-4 physalis
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
  • 220-250 ml water

Method
 

  1. Put oatmeal in a saucepan.
  2. Fill up with water.
  3. Bring the whole to a boil.
  4. Simmer until a creamy paste is formed. Stir again and again.
  5. Wash and cut fruit.
  6. Grind flax seed.
  7. Put everything on the finished porridge.
