- 80 g oatmeal
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwi
- 3-4 physalis
- 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
- 220-250 ml water
Put oatmeal in a saucepan.
Fill up with water.
Bring the whole to a boil.
Simmer until a creamy paste is formed. Stir again and again.
Wash and cut fruit.
Grind flax seed.
Put everything on the finished porridge.
