Oatmeal with fruit is a delicious and nutritious breakfast, which is a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3-4 physalis
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
  • 220-250 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Put oatmeal in a saucepan.
  • Fill up with water.
  • Bring the whole to a boil.
  • Simmer until a creamy paste is formed. Stir again and again.
  • Wash and cut fruit.
  • Grind flax seed.
  • Put everything on the finished porridge.
