Oatmeal with carob and nectarines is not only delicious, but also versatile to combine with different types of fruit.

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 10 g carob powder
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
  • 220-250 ml water

Method
 

  1. Mix oatmeal and carob and place in a saucepan.
  2. Fill up with water.
  3. Simmer gently until a creamy consistency.
  4. Wash the nectarines and cut them into small pieces.
  5. Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
  6. When the porridge is ready, put everything in a small bowl. Top with the fruit and the ground flax seeds as a topping.
