- Mix oatmeal and carob and place in a saucepan.
- Fill up with water.
- Simmer gently until a creamy consistency.
- Wash the nectarines and cut them into small pieces.
- Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
- When the porridge is ready, put everything in a small bowl. Top with the fruit and the ground flax seeds as a topping.
