- 80 g oatmeal
- 10 g carob powder
- 2 nectarines
- 1 tbsp flaxseed whole grain
- 220-250 ml water
Mix oatmeal and carob and place in a saucepan.
Fill up with water.
Simmer gently until a creamy consistency.
Wash the nectarines and cut them into small pieces.
Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
When the porridge is ready, put everything in a small bowl. Top with the fruit and the ground flax seeds as a topping.
