Lupine spread
Lupine spread as an alternative to other spreads. The spread with a little bite, tasty prepared.

- 250-300 g cooked lupine seeds
- some water
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp date flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch of cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- some lemon juice
Blend cooked lupine seeds with a little water in a high-powered blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Bring the spread to the boil again briefly and, if necessary, thicken with a little potato flour or lupine flour.
