Lupine spread as an alternative to other spreads. The spread with a little bite, tasty prepared.

Ingredients
  

  • 250-300 g cooked lupine seeds
  • some water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp date flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • some lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend cooked lupine seeds with a little water in a high-powered blender.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  • Bring the spread to the boil again briefly and, if necessary, thicken with a little potato flour or lupine flour.
