tomato sauce

slices of sourdough bread

portion arugula

tsp
paprika powder

curry powder

onion powder and garlic powder each

pinch of turmeric powder, chili powder,
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Season the tomato sauce with the spices.
Strain beans and add to tomato sauce.
Heat everything.
Wash arugula, cut bread into slices.
Arrange everything together and enjoy.
