Apple curd casserole – my variant

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g soy curd or soy yogurt
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 15 g date flour
  • 2 apples chopped small
  • 80 g oatmeal

Instructions
 

  • Wash apples, remove core and cut into small pieces.
  • Place soy curd in a bowl. Mix with cocoa powder, date flour and oat flakes.
  • Mix with the apples.
  • Put everything together in a baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius top/bottom heat for 30 minutes.

Tip

If no soy curd is available, then take soy yogurt. However, let this drain in a fine-mesh sieve for at least a few hours. However, it is best to leave it overnight. Keep in mind that you will need much more yogurt as the liquid drains. You will get about half of the curd out. This also makes the apple curd casserole brilliant with a great consistency.

Interesting to know

Simple ingredients can be this healthy. Freshly ground flax seeds on top give the apple curd casserole a certain extra touch.
