<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Hefegebäck kann als Beilage zu verschiedenen Gerichten serviert werden oder man genießt sie einfach pur am Abend in geselliger Runde. Ihr könnt sie noch zusätzlich mit kleinen Tomaten und Basilikumblätter belegen. Diese passen ganz hervorragend zu meiner Blumenkohlcreme mit Bohnen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ihr könnt es auch einwandfrei einfrieren und bei Bedarf wieder auftauen. Außerdem kann man sie auch nach dem Auftauen mit Tomaten belegen und frische Basilikumblätter als zusätzliches Topping verwenden. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Die Focaccia ähnelt einem Fladenbrot. Man kann sie unterschiedlich belegen und backen. Sie schmeckt sowohl pur als auch belegt mit verschiedenem Gemüse. Die Zubereitung ist sehr einfach. Einen Hefeteig kneten, gehen lassen, ausrollen und belegen. So einfach kann eine schmackhafte Mahlzeit sein. Die Bohnen in der Blumenkohlcreme verleihen noch einen extra sättigenden Beitrag zu diesem Gericht.</p>
