<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Das Besondere an diesem Quarkstrudel ist die Füllung mit Lucumapulver. Das Pulver ist auch als Lucuma-Fruchtpulver bekannt und wird aus der Lucuma-Frucht gewonnen, die in den Andenregionen Südamerikas, insbesondere in Peru, beheimatet ist. Diese Frucht ist oval bis rundlich und hat eine grüne Haut sowie eine orange-gelbe, leicht stachelige Schale. Das Fruchtfleisch hat einen milden, süßen Geschmack. Dies macht es zu einer beliebten natürlichen Süßungsalternative in der Küche, insbesondere für diejenigen, die raffinierten Zucker meiden möchten. Das Pulver wird hergestellt, indem das Fruchtfleisch getrocknet und anschließend zu einem feinen Pulver gemahlen wird. Der Quarkstrudel ist durch seine Füllung  besonders schmackhaft und wurde auf vegane Art gebacken.</p>
