<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein absolutes Highlight sind diese leckeren Bällchen. In einer noch viel leckereren Kapernsoße. Das müsst ihr einfach einmal probieren. Dazu passen so viele Beilagen, so dass immer eine Abwechslung geboten ist. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Meine Quinoa Bällchen mit Linsen wurden mit einer leckeren Kapernsoße mit Senf verfeinert. Es schmeckt aber auch eine Lauchsoße dazu.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Als Beilage eignet sich Kartoffelpüree oder Reis.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Quinoa wird oft als Getreideersatz verwendet. Rote oder gelbe Linsen haben eine kürzere Garzeit als andere Linsensorten. Quinoa und Linsen harmonisieren gut miteinander.</p>
