Wenn ihr keine Eismaschine habt, könnt ihr die Mischung auch in eine flache Schüssel geben und alle 30-60 Minuten kräftig umrühren, während sie im Gefrierschrank einfriert. Dies hilft dabei, größere Eiskristalle zu verhindern und eine cremige Konsistenz zu erreichen.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Es ist einfach richtig erfrischend an heißen Tagen. Wem es zu kalt ist, kann es einige Zeit stehen lassen, bis die Eismasse weicher wird. Natürlich kann man auch mit anderem Obst ein Joghurteis zubereiten. Meine Kreation diesmal ist veganes Joghurteis mit Mango, da es in der heißen Jahreszeit besonders erfrischend und leicht schmeckt. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sollte kein Hochleistungsmixer vorhanden sein, dann die gefrorenen Heidelbeeren einige Minuten lang antauen lassen, damit sie sich leichter mixen lassen. Ein zusätzlicher Tipp ist es, das Eis schon am Vortag zu machen und in den Kühlschrank zu stellen, dann kann man es am nächsten Tag ohne Probleme überall mitnehmen.</p>
