<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ein herzhaftes Chili ist das, was gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit so richtig erwärmt. Lauter vorzügliche Gewürze runden dieses klassische Menü ab. Von milder bis feurig scharfer Note ist hier alles dabei. Ganz wie man es liebt. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chili sin Carne kann man ganz nach Belieben mit verschiedenen Zutaten zubereiten, zum Beispiel mit gekochten gelben oder roten Linsen, aber auch das Gemüse kann variieren nach Geschmack. Als Beilage schmecken auch Kartoffeln ganz hervorragend.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Woher kommt eigentlich das Gericht Chili con Carne? Der Ursprung ist hier nicht eindeutig geklärt. Vermutlich aber im südlichen Nordamerika. Für die vegane Art wurde dieses dann mit Linsen ersetzt. Oder man lässt die Linsen einfach weg wie hier in diesem Rezept und kreiert es nur mit Kidneybohnen.</p>
